Elderflower prosecco gin

50ml Ludlow Elderflower, Chamomile, Lemon Verbena Gin
10ml elderflower cordial
Chilled sparkling wine (like prosecco) or soda water, to top up
Mint, cucumber and lemon, to garnish

Fill a large wine glass with ice, add your liquid ingredients and stir to chill and combine. Garnish with your mint, cucumber and lemon and serve.
