45ml Astraea Spirits Meadow Gin
15ml limoncello
25ml lemon juice
10ml Simple Syrup
60ml lemonade
8 fresh basil leaves, plus extra to garnish
Lemon twist, to garnish
Muddle your fresh basil in a cocktail shaker. Add your gin, limoncello, lemon juice and simple syrup, along with ice, and shake well. Strain into a highball glass and top with lemonade. Garnish and serve
