⁃ An infusion with great excitement, not only is it colour changing but it is rich in antioxidants and gives you an amazing floral experience with butterfly pea and lavender tones. COLOUR - BLUE- CHANGING TO PURPLE/ PINK after tonic or lemonade is added.
Ingredients:
Butterfly pea flower, lavender, cornflower, other spices.
Just add plain gin or vodka and infuse for 6- 24 hours or untill preferred intensity is reached.
Screw botanical strainer on or use tea strainer.
